Malton Berhad status of MOU with Ricloud to establish AI compute centres in Malaysia

Malton Berhad said it entered a memorandum of understanding on 23 June 2026 with Ricloud AI Inc to promote Ricloud’s services in Malaysia and later expand in Southeast Asia using Ricloud’s NVIDIA cloud partner status. The company said there has been no material development since the MOU; the announcement is dated 30 September 2026.
