Unick appoints Ahn Jae-beom as sole CEO after Ahn Young-gu resigns

Unick named Ahn Jae-beom as sole CEO, replacing the prior co-CEO structure that included Ahn Young-gu. The change took effect Sept. 30, 2026, after Ahn Young-gu resigned for personal reasons; Ahn Jae-beom has been CEO since July 2011.
