Cronex revises payment schedule for SH Lab stake purchase through Oct. 31, 2030

Cronex corrected its disclosure for the planned acquisition of 100% of SH Lab for KRW 5.499854 billion, splitting later payments into four tranches through Oct. 31, 2030, including KRW 99,977,544 due Nov. 30, 2026 and KRW 300,041,540 due Feb. 1, 2027.
