E&M updates treasury convertible bond payment dates to Dec. 31, 2026

E&M corrected its May 18 filing on a treasury convertible bond sale, moving the final proceeds receipt date to Dec. 31, 2026 from Oct. 30 and shifting the interim payment date to Nov. 30, 2026 from Sept. 30. Total sale proceeds remain KRW 6.321 billion for KRW 3 billion face value of its 20th private convertible bond.
