Itcenentec board approves KRW 6.79 billion debt guarantee for affiliate’s Hewlett-Packard Korea obligations

Itcenentec said its board on Sept. 30, 2026 approved a debt guarantee for affiliate C-Platform’s obligations to Hewlett-Packard Korea. The guarantee covers KRW 6.79 billion, running Sept. 30, 2026 to Sept. 30, 2027, and the total outstanding guarantees including this commitment are KRW 29.01 billion.
