TY Holdings to invest KRW 110.4 billion for 99.28% stake in SBS AI Content Hub vehicle

TY Holdings’ board resolved on Sept. 30 to acquire shares in a planned SBS AI K Content Hub project real estate investment vehicle. Deal size is KRW 110.4 billion for 22,080,000 shares, with a post-transaction stake expected at 99.28% via cash and in-kind paid-in capital increase; transaction scheduled for Jan. 15, 2027.
