Volvo Car appoints nomination committee for 2027 AGM; Lone Fønss Schrøder to chair

Volvo Car AB appointed a nomination committee for its 2027 annual general meeting, representing about 84% of voting rights. Lone Fønss Schrøder, appointed by Geely Sweden Holdings, will chair; other members include Eric Li, Patricia Hedelius and Emilie Westholm.
