Vår Energi completes Pandion Energy asset acquisition for Norway shelf licences

Vår Energi completed its acquisition of selected licences and assets from Pandion Energy, announced June 18, 2026, adding stakes in Nova, Ofelia and Sierra Solberg and licences near Gjøa.
