Costain Group PLC: voting rights notification after own-share purchases

Costain Group PLC said it bought shares under its buyback programme from 23 September 2026 to 29 September 2026 and intends to cancel them. Following settlement and cancellation, its ordinary shares in issue will be 262,086,412.
