Brink's to acquire NCR Atleos as CMA considers undertakings after merger competition finding

The Competition and Markets Authority said it is or may be the case that the anticipated acquisition of NCR Atleos by The Brink's Company may substantially lessen competition in UK markets and is considering undertakings under the Enterprise Act 2002.
