Fire at MRPL refinery injures one person; coker hydrotreater affected

The fire, whose cause was not known, occurred at the coker hydrotreater of the refinery in Mangaluru in southern India at around 0730 GMT, the spokesperson said, adding that it was being doused. The area has been evacuated and one person who suffered burn injuries was being treated in a hospital and was out of danger, the spokesperson said.
While operations at the coker hydrotreater were affected, the rest of the refinery was working fine, he added. com;)
