Verisure to issue 2,281,997 new shares for IPO transition awards vesting

Verisure PLC said it will issue 2,281,997 new shares for IPO transition awards vesting at a subscription price corresponding to a nominal value of EUR 0.001 per share, and asked EBT to purchase shares from participants for tax obligations.
