SWI Capital appoints Ido Shavit as independent non-executive director

Ido Shavit will become an independent non-executive director effective Sept. 30, 2026. Jean-Pierre Verlaine will step down from the board and exit the audit committee the same day, while Fernando Bolivar will join the audit committee; Joseph Benhamou will chair it.
