Longreach agrees to sell Japan Systems and Blueship to Nippon COMSYS in 100% share deal

Nippon COMSYS agreed to buy Japan Systems, Blueship and their parent JB Holdings from Longreach in a 100% share sale. Closing is expected on or around Oct. 21, 2026, subject to customary conditions; businesses will be folded into the Nippon COMSYS group.
