Hugo Boss: SIH Partners voting rights rise to 15.44% from 14.18%

SIH Partners increased its total stake in Hugo Boss to 15.44% from 14.18%, while equity voting rights eased to 1.97% from 1.98%. Voting rights via instruments rose to 13.47% from 12.20%. The threshold was crossed on Sept. 28, 2026.
