IBB Ventures leads xHeron pre-seed as AI guest-ops provider seeks autonomy

xHeron, an AI-native outsourcing provider for short-term-rental guest operations, raised a pre-seed round led by IBB Ventures to expand rollout and scale delivery without proportional headcount growth. The Berlin-based firm reported high six-figure ARR, 115% net revenue retention and more than half of customers via referrals.
