Canvas N delays paid-in date for KRW 14 billion third-party share sale to Oct. 14

Canvas N moved the paid-in date for its third-party share placement to Oct. 14, 2026 from Sept. 30, with expected listing on Nov. 9, 2026 (from Oct. 26). The deal remains KRW 14.00 billion via 6,585,136 common shares at KRW 2,126 each.
