TiumBio to sell 240,000 SK Plasma shares for KRW 9.26 billion

TiumBio will sell 240,000 SK Plasma shares to SK Discovery for KRW 9.26 billion, with deal close set for Sept. 30, 2026. Proceeds will be earmarked for realized investment gains and research funding, reducing its stake to 426,667 shares (2.71%).
