Ilsung IS to cancel 2,660,000 shares, reducing issued shares to 13,300,000

Ilsung IS will cancel 2,660,000 common shares via treasury stock retirement on Oct. 13, 2026, cutting issued common shares to 13,300,000 from 15,960,000. The cancellation value is KRW 43.11 billion based on book value as of Sept. 30, 2026.
