EQT agrees to sell Korea’s Acuon Group to Hanwha Life-led consortium

EQT will sell Acuon to a consortium led by Hanwha Life with Centroid Investment Partners. Acuon includes Acuon Capital and Acuon Savings Bank and manages about KRW 10 trillion in total assets; closing is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
