Sigetronics controlling shareholder Shim Kyuhwan voting stake falls to 18.28%

Shim Kyuhwan’s voting stake in Sigetronics fell to 18.28% as of Sept. 30 from 20.37% previously after dilution from a rights issue, with voting shares outstanding rising to 7,190,131.
