Fine DNC to invest KRW 13.58 billion to set up Vietnam OLED glass etching unit

Fine DNC will inject KRW 13.58 billion to establish Vina DNC, a wholly owned Vietnam subsidiary for a new OLED glass etching business. The funding equals 26.12% of year-end equity of KRW 52.01 billion, with completion scheduled for Dec. 21, 2026 after staged cash contributions approved Sept. 30, 2026.
