CnPharm’s amended large-shareholding report for Hyundai Bioscience shows total stake at 11.96% (11,546,001 shares) and voting rights at 10.10% (9,746,797 votes as of Sept. 30. Shares subject to major contracts fell to 7.76% from 7.92%.
