Abion signs iADC joint research and licensing deal with LigaChem Biosciences

Abion entered a joint research and licensing deal with LigaChem Biosciences to co-develop an iADC drug candidate, using Abion’s IFN-β mutein immunocytokine-antibody and LigaChem’s proprietary ADC platform; LigaChem has exclusive rights and can designate up to five targets. Contract signed Sept. 30, 2026; financial terms not disclosed.
