Juventus shares fell around 8% after the Serie A club reported a full-year net loss and proposed a capital increase of up to €250 million ($283 million) on Tuesday. Kepler Chevreux said the club reported weaker-than-expected 2026 results, partly because of the €23 million acquisition of J|Hotel. The broker said it was putting its rating under review and trimming estimates to reflect a more cautious view of media contracts in 2026-27. Juventus said controlling shareholder Exor, the Agnelli family's holding company, would support the capital raise and immediately contribute €60 million.
