British Smaller Companies VCT and VCT2 offer update: applications processing for new shares

British Smaller Companies VCT plc and British Smaller Companies VCT2 plc said application forms are available and being processed for new share offers launched on 23 September 2026 to raise up to £40 million in aggregate, with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £20 million. Application deadline is 31 March 2027 or earlier if fully subscribed.
