Indra agrees to buy 30% stake in Spanish cybersecurity firm TRC

Indra agreed to buy a 30% stake in Madrid-based cybersecurity firm TRC via IndraMind, with an option to lift the stake progressively to 100% over the next two years, subject to customary conditions including CNMC clearance in Spain.
