Hedera Group main shareholder Haglund exercises warrants for 3,868,914 shares at SEK 0.71

Haglund, via Lectica AB, subscribed for 3,868,914 new Hedera Group shares at SEK 0.71 each after exercising warrants issued in the June 25, 2025 financing. The subscription increases his holding to 20,634,222 shares (54.25%) from 16,765,308 (49.1%); the exercise period runs until Oct. 12, 2026.
