Thailand current account surplus $2.4 billion in August, Bank of Thailand says
Thailand recorded a $2.4 billion current account surplus in August. The Bank of Thailand said exports rose 25.3% year-on-year and imports rose 31.3%, with private consumption up 0.4% month-on-month and private investment up 2.2%.
