M&G Real Estate’s BauMont partners with Reneo for €200 million German residential investment

BauMont formed a strategic partnership with Reneo to invest more than EUR 200 million in 12 months, targeting value-add German residential opportunities including energy-efficiency upgrades and higher-density redevelopment. Partnership launched with a Munich residential acquisition valued at more than EUR 70 million to add over 30 apartments.
