EcoPro BM large-shareholding report: voting rights unchanged at 47.40%

EcoPro filed an amended large-shareholding report for EcoPro BM dated Sept. 30, keeping voting rights at 48,279,126 shares, 47.40%. Shares subject to major contracts rose to 11,649,345 shares (11.44%) from 11,437,264 (11.23%). The amendment cited changes to financing terms, including maturity extensions, new borrowings, interest-rate changes and additional collateral.
