Harworth Group PLC: voting rights notification

Billown 1997 Settlement trustees notified an indirect holding of 61.11% of Harworth Group PLC on 25 September 2026. The notice says the holding is through Goodweather Holdings Limited and Peel Pepper (UK) Limited.
