Hyundai Mobis to spin off lamp business into new unit; April 1, 2027 effective

Hyundai Mobis will carve out its automotive lamp business into a new wholly owned unit, Hyundai Mobis Lamp, via a simple physical split effective April 1, 2027. Mobis plans to sell 100% of the new unit to OPmobility; overseas lamp operations will be sold separately. Pro forma for the new unit for 2025: assets won 541,529,971,210, liabilities won 165,516,488,327, revenue won 1,022,010,642,156.
