Iokenm delays payment date for third-party share sale to Oct. 30, 2026

Iokenm corrected its June 25 third-party paid-in capital increase filing, moving the payment date to Oct. 30, 2026 and the expected listing date to Nov. 19, 2026. The deal covers 5,813,953 common shares at KRW 2,580 each, raising KRW 14.99 billion for operating needs.
