Marks Electrical Group expects FY27 revenue broadly in line; appoints new CFO

Marks Electrical Group PLC says full-year revenue for year ending 31 March 2027 is expected to be broadly in line with market expectations and adjusted EBITDA ahead of market expectations at no less than £3.75 million. It appoints Philip Luke De Villanueva as CFO effective 1 December 2026.
