Opmobility to acquire Hyundai Mobis lighting business for KRW 600 billion

Hyundai Corp’s Opmobility will acquire Hyundai Mobis’ lighting business for KRW 600 billion and aims to complete the deal in the second half of 2027, with no material impact on the group’s deleveraging strategy on a pro forma basis.
