Daito Pharmaceutical executes JV and share transfer deal for Kyorin generic drug business
Daito Pharmaceutical Co Ltd said it executed a JV and share transfer agreement to transfer Kyorin Pharmaceutical’s generic drug business to the JV by Daito, Meiji Seika Pharma and DBJ.
