EcoRub issues TO7 warrants in partially subscribed rights offering

EcoRub’s rights issue includes free TO7 warrants exercisable for one B share from March 8-22, 2027, with an exercise price at 70% of VWAP from Feb. 22-Mar. 5, 2027 capped at SEK 0.05. BTU trading under ECO BTU is expected to end around Oct. 14, 2026 before converting to B shares and TO7; B shares and TO7 warrants are slated to list on Spotlight after Swedish Companies Registration Office registration.
