Novacyt H1 revenue rises 18% to £11.6m after Southern Cross Diagnostics acquisition

France molecular diagnostics firm Novacyt said H1 revenue rose 18% year-on-year to £11.6m. Gross margin fell to 56% from 66%, citing dilution from Southern Cross Diagnostics and lower Primer Design sales; it expects continued organic growth in H2 and further opex reductions in H2 with full annualised benefit in 2027.
