Maintel H1 revenue falls 2.8% as contract churn weighs; raises £5.5 mln

UK cloud communications provider Maintel said H1 revenue fell 2.8% due to contract churn and a mix shift, with adjusted EBITDA down 4.8%. It raised £5.5 mln via an equity placing and convertible loan notes and expects further cost savings from its Transformation Programme in H2 2026.
