Orion completes buyback of 500,000 B shares for EUR 40.49 million

Orion completed its buyback programme launched on Aug. 27, purchasing 500,000 treasury B shares from Sept. 1 to Sept. 29. Total cost was EUR 40.49 million; treasury holdings rose to 768,166 B shares (about 0.54% of all shares and 0.10% of voting rights).
