The European Smaller Companies Trust declares 3.16p first interim dividend

The dividend for the year ending 30 June 2027 will be paid on 27 November 2026 to shareholders on the register at 30 October 2026. Shares will trade ex-dividend on 29 October 2026, and NAV per share at 30 June 2026 was 252.4p.
