Faron Pharmaceuticals Oyj deferred amortization payments due Oct. 2, 2026 on First Tranche and Second Tranche Bonds held by HCM, shifting repayment to April 2, 2028 and Dec. 2, 2028 respectively, and deferred Oct. 2, 2026 interest to Dec. 2, 2026 (EUR 63,000 and EUR 98,000), with no interest accrual on deferred interest.
