Shepherd Neame reports FY revenue down, proposes 22.15p dividend

The brewer said revenue fell to £162.6m in the 52 weeks to 27 June 2026, while underlying EBITDA and underlying profit before tax rose. It also said Richard Oldfield will retire as chairman after the 30 October AGM, with Jonathan Neame to become executive chairman and Mark Rider managing director.
