PureGym prices €1.05 billion and £500 million senior secured notes

PureGym said Pinnacle Bidco plc finalised terms for €1.05 billion of 6.500% senior secured notes due 2032 and £500 million of 8.00% notes due 2032. The company also agreed a larger £216 million super senior revolving credit facility as part of the refinancing.
