Golden Rock Global half-year loss widens, appoints SPARK for RTO

Golden Rock Global PLC reported an operating loss of £656,355 for the six months ended 30 June 2026, versus a loss of £288,713 a year earlier. It also said it appointed SPARK Advisory Partners as sponsor and financial adviser for its proposed reverse takeover and admission to the main market.
