Entera names PierMario Barzaghi and Michele Troiani to board

Entera said PierMario Barzaghi, a longtime KPMG partner focused on governance, risk, internal controls and ESG, joined its board, and Michele Troiani also joined the board. The company said operational responsibility for Crowdinvesting was taken by founder Carlo Allevi, while Tommaso Baldissera Pacchetti exited the board under a mutual termination agreement; independent director Gianluca Grugni resigned. Supervisory board member Nicola Di Donna resigned, and Fabrizio Sormani moved up to statutory auditor from alternate auditor.
