Biogena Good Vibes shareholders approve merger plan with Biogena Group Invest

Extraordinary meeting on Sept. 28, 2026 adopted the merger plan to absorb Biogena Group Invest, effective Jan. 31, 2026, with exchange terms of 0.879197 shares and cash EUR 4.99 for fractions; investors authorized a capital increase up to EUR 100.86 million via up to 3,507,996 new bearer shares.
