Skanska to invest CZK 1.5 billion in Prague Habitat phase two

Phase two includes 188 low-energy apartments and nine non-residential units; BREEAM certification targeted at Very Good. Construction contract totals CZK 1.1 billion, work starts late September 2026 and completion expected in first half of 2029.
