NanoRepro lifts stake in Deutsche Kosmetikwerke to 50.24% via share swap

NanoRepro increased its voting stake in Deutsche Kosmetikwerke to 50.24% from 43.72% through a share-swap, using 263,000 treasury shares from 290,497 held and transferring about 5.7% from co-founder Angelique Kerber and about 0.8% from another shareholder.
